Many people hate the idea of cloning. But I can't help but be fascinated to have a glimpse of an Ice Age Creature, Dinosaur or the such. What would you like to see brought back to life from it's extinction just to see what it really looked like?
I would love to see a Megalodon Shark. Just to see it's amazing size. I bet it looks totally different from a Great White Shark as so commonly thought. A Cave Bear would be neat too, just to see if it looked much different from modern bears.
I think one day a clone might be successful, however I would not imagine the animal to live long. I really don't believe Dinosaurs and Ice Age Animals were destroyed and went extinct. I just think it was a matter of the Oxygen levels changing and environment/Weather adaption. Just mainly a huge evolutional leap. I would assume a Clone, if successful would have difficulty with the oxygen levels in our modern world.
But the way the human race is, Cloning would end up being cruel just like we are to everything else. Probably clone hundreds of thousands of Mammoths and Making an endless Mammoth Burger/Steak food Chain/source for our global trade and consumption. It would be the equivalent of some Cannibalistic Alien Race cloning Extinct Humans and serving us with some Moon Crater Corn and Saturn ring Turnips. Who knows! Our world is going crazy and people are getting sinister. It wouldn't shock me if Jesus came in his second coming and we threw him in a Prison somewhere with convicted Murderers and Felons. Clone him to gain access to his supernatural powers and become Gods ourselves. lol!
I'm really not that anti-cloning. I think it would be interesting, but in a way it's more of just a wonder if it's possible more than anything else. Even if it is wrong, who can fathom the possibilities of seeing such amazing extinct creatures?
